It had only been a week sence Sonic was booted from the Freedom Fighters for not only disobaying orders, but for siding against the royal family... or atleast one of them. Sonic had stayed at his friend Tail's workshop, but being in Station Square ment little room to run arround without hitting someone. That and the workshop was way too cluttered with spare parts and blueprints Tails always seemed to be working on. He knew it would be too humitating to move in with his parents, besides he was legaly an adult now, thou seeing as the age of adulthood was 16 in the kingdom even Amy meet that requirement now.

Another day, another battle. Eggman was up to his old plans and it was up again to Sonic and his friends to stop him. However this time was diffrent, Eggman's new machine was armored to the teeth and not even Knuckles strength could break his armor. Eggman just laughed as no hedgehog, tail, fist, or hammer could do him any harm. Things got worse as he landed a hash blow on Knuckles and tossed him to the side. Sonic then noded to Amy and she knew what she had to do. She fled as Eggman laughed at what he belived to be a coward but he had it comming. Sonic was at Amy's house watching TV while she waited for her to return from shoping with the chili dogs she promised. Amy called it a date, Sonic called it "lunch with a friend" and in truth he liked her, but without his favorate food he would have gone off and did something else. Sonic yawned as he saw nothing on TV and turned it off. He walked around and while on the rug his bare feet hit something. "Ouch, why does Amy make me take off my shoes here." he said out loud.
